Your credit card information is handled by Paypal. Paypal is the internet's leading and most secure payment processing company. Casella Foods does not receive or handle any of your credit card information.

How do I create an account with Casella Foods?

Simply click the 'Sign On or Create New Account' link on the store page. You will then see a link to 'Create a new account'. When you sign up, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address you provided with your username and password.

What are the benefits of creating an account with Casella Foods?

When you create an account with Casella Foods. you can save your shipping information for faster ordering in the future. You may checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, you will not be able to login to check shipping and order status, view past orders, or retrieve your shipping information for future orders. You will still be able to check shipping status through UPS online.

I forgot my username and/or password. How can I retrieve it?

Just click the 'Sign In' link on the store page and then click 'Forgot my username'. You will then be asked to provide the e-mail address which you originally used to sign up. Then click 'Send me my password'. An e-mail will be sent to this address containing your Casella Foods username and password.

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, of course not! The accounts are for your convenience, but not required for ordering. If you do not want to create an account, just skip the username and password fields altogether. An e-mail address is required so we know where to send the confirmation and tracking information.

How do I change my Name, E-mail, or Password?

After you've signed in. Click on the 'Your Account' link. Under Account Settings. You will then see the option to 'Change Name, E-Mail or Password'.

How can I view my previous orders or check the status of a current order?

After you've signed in, click on either 'Order History' from the navigation menu or the 'Your Account' link. Under Account Settings you will then see the option to 'View Your Orders'.

Is it safe to store my shipping address with Casella Foods?

Yes! All customer shipping information is stored on highly secure servers. When you enter your personal information it is transmitted and encrypted via 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

How can I view, save, and manage my stored shipping address?

After you've signed in, click on the 'Your Account' link. Under Account Settings you will then see the options to 'Manage Address Book' and 'Add New Address'

What do I do if my shipment hasn't arrived on time?

If your shipment is late and you think there is a problem with the delivery, we encourage you to contact us by phone
1-718-649-9444 or via e-mail. We will investigate the issue and respond to you as soon as possible.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

If there is an unforeseen reason that may cause your order to arrive later than the anticipated delivery date, we will notify you via E-Mail.

Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

Tracking

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. When your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from UPS with your tracking information.


Returns

Can I return or exchange a product that is not opened?

Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Upon request of an item to be returned, we will generate a return label and send it to you via e-mail.

What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Product or Missing Items?

You must notify Casella Foods within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please note, any damaged products must be received by us before any credits are given or a replacement product is shipped.
